Our website address is: https://noluntutech.co.za. Noluntu Technologies develops and publishes the GNF TV mobile app, which provides Christian media content including live and on-demand broadcasts.
When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the form, your IP address, and browser user agent to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. See https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once approved, your profile picture will be visible next to your comment.
If you upload images to the website, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download images and extract any location data contained in them.
If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience. These cookies last for one year.
A temporary cookie is set on the login page to check if your browser accepts cookies; it contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically. For registered users, we store the personal information provided in their profiles. Users can view, edit, or delete their information at any time (username cannot be changed). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.
If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, and you can request that we erase your personal data, except for data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
Because the GNF TV app does not use user accounts, we generally cannot identify you directly. You can disable notifications in your device settings, and you may contact us for assistance with privacy questions.

The GNF TV app provides live and on-demand Christian media. The app does not require user registration and does not collect personal identifiers (such as your name, email, contacts, photos, or precise location).

In connection with analytics and push notifications, we may receive device-level identifiers (such as Firebase installation IDs, push notification device tokens, and similar app-specific identifiers).
