Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains how Noluntu Technologies handles refunds and cancellations for digital services, hosting packages, and domain registrations.

1. Non-Returnable Digital Services

As we provide digital products and services such as hosting, domain registrations, software licenses, and IT support, these items are non-returnable once activated or delivered. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of original purchase.
  • No usage or activation of the service has occurred (e.g., no login, no provisioning).
  • The refund request is sent in writing to billing@noluntutech.co.za.

3. Domain Registration & Licensing

Domain names, SSL certificates, and licensed software are non-refundable once provisioned, as they are registered with third-party vendors immediately after payment.

4. Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next period.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 working days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. No refunds are issued via cash or EFT unless otherwise agreed.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately at billing@noluntutech.co.za so we can review your account and resolve the issue promptly.
