1. Service Scope

We offer managed IT support, VPS and web hosting, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity services. All services are provided digitally and governed by South African law.

2. Billing & Payments

All services are billed in advance, either monthly or annually. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and EFT. Services activate once payment is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel services anytime. Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase if no service has been used. Domain registrations and once-off setups are non-refundable.

4. Fair Use Policy

Services must not be used for illegal, abusive, or excessive-resource activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse without prior notice.

5. Data & Security

We implement industry best practices to safeguard your data. Clients are responsible for keeping login credentials safe. Noluntu Technologies is not liable for breaches caused by client-side negligence.

6. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
